White Tower and Camel Starch

White Tower and Camel Starch are two of the most recognized corn starch brands in the country. These are milled from high quality corn grains. The largest single use for corn starch is as a food. It is used in custards and other desserts, in "Bihon (noodles)", in sauces, fruit garnishing for pastries, biscuits and cakes, in soups and tinned foods as well as in some brewing adjuncts.
